Welcome to the Whistle Rewards – Teams integration! This integration allows companies using Whistle to seamlessly send rewards and recognition through Teams chat. With this integration, the process of sending rewards is streamlined, and recipients are automatically onboarded to the Whistle ecosystem.
Key Features
- Effortless Onboarding: Users who receive rewards through Teams will be automatically onboarded to the Whistle rewards platform.
- Simple Installation: Companies can easily install the Whistle Rewards – Teams plugin within the Teams environment.
- Whistle Account Requirement: To use this integration, companies must have an existing account with Whistle. If your company is not already a Whistle user, please contact us to set up your account or visit https://app.wewhistle.com/setup.
- Fund Management: Load funds into the Whistle ecosystem to facilitate the sending of rewards.
- Instant Recognition: Recipients will receive rewards and recognition directly in the Teams chat.
- Email Notification: In addition to Teams chat, recipients will receive an email with a link to access their reward.
Installation Guide
Step 1: Install the Whistle Rewards – Teams Plugin
- Go to the Teams App Store.
- Search for “Whistle Rewards” and click on the app.
- Select “Install” to add the plugin to your Teams environment.
Step 2: Connect Whistle Account
- Open the Whistle Rewards app in Teams.
- Follow the prompts to connect your Whistle account.
- Authenticate and authorize the integration.
Step 3: Load Funds
- Navigate to the Whistle dashboard.
- Load funds into your Whistle account to enable reward sending.
Sending Rewards
- Open a Teams chat.
- Use the Whistle Rewards app to select recipients.
- Choose the reward type and amount.
- Add a personalized message.
- Click “Send” to deliver the reward.
Recipient Experience
Recipients will receive the reward and recognition in the Teams chat. Additionally, they will receive an email with a link to access their reward on the Whistle platform.
