Send a Spot Reward from Procore

Sending a reward from Procore is easy.  Once you have downloaded and installed the Whistle Rewards App, open your instance.

1. Select the blue “send a reward” button in the top left corner.  Note: This will only appear if you have been given permission by your company admin to send rewards.
2. When the reward window opens, choose the team member(s) you would like to receive a reward.  If they are not in your directory, click on the add people icon – all you need is a name and phone number or email.
3. Click next, then choose the reward type and value you would like to send. At the bottom of the screen you can choose a budget to send the reward from.
4. Add a brief message that will be included with the reward.  Its good to include the specific behavior to recognize and encourage more of that behavior in the future.
5. Verify the information is correct and hit send.

Well done!  Whistle Rewards will do the rest. In a few seconds the recipients will receive their reward :)

How can I review data and reporting?

When you add Whistle Rewards to Procore, Whistle automates the creation of Whistle admin an account for you using the same Procore ID and information.  To view the reporting dashboard in Whistle Rewards, click here.

How many rewards can I send?

There is not a limit on the number of rewards you can send – its really a matter of your budget.  And you can always add more funds (there is an “add more funds” button just above the send rewards button.
